1. What this policy covers

This Acceptable Use Policy explains the acceptable-use rules for Etono alongside our Terms of Service. It applies to prompts, chats, uploaded or referenced materials, generated code and content, and applications created, edited or used through Etono. It applies to free access, purchased Credits and subscriptions alike.

Use Etono for lawful personal tools, learning, prototypes and small games. You must have the rights and permissions needed for the materials you provide and the services your app accesses. You are responsible for how you use and share the results. An AI response does not make a prohibited use acceptable.

2. Prohibited content

Do not request, generate, upload, distribute or build applications intended to provide any of the following:

3. Prohibited apps and code

Do not use Etono to create, modify or operate code or services that enable:

Do not use Etono to make consequential decisions about a person’s health, legal rights, employment, education, housing, credit or insurance without qualified human review and all required legal safeguards. Do not present generated output as licensed professional advice.

4. Respect safety and account limits

Do not bypass content checks, access restrictions, usage limits or payment verification. Do not use alternate accounts, disguised prompts, external services or generated apps to carry out a use prohibited by this policy. Do not resell Etono account access or transfer Credits. Credits pay for Etono AI usage and cannot be redeemed for cash.

5. Check before you use or share

AI can produce inaccurate, unsafe or infringing results. Review and test generated code, permissions, dependencies and content before using or sharing an app. Use sample data first, protect any information your app handles, and obtain the necessary consent before collecting information from others. Do not submit passwords, secret keys or personal information you are not authorized to share.

6. Reports and enforcement

Report harmful or inappropriate AI content through Settings in Etono, or email our support team with the subject “Etono acceptable use report”. Include the relevant project or request, an approximate time, and a brief explanation. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or copies of illegal material.

We review reports and may refuse a request, stop generation, or restrict access to the service when needed to address a violation, security risk or legal obligation. Depending on the circumstances, we may ask you to correct the issue before access is restored. We handle notices and any review of these actions under our Terms and applicable law. To ask us to reconsider an action, contact the same support address with the relevant details.

Content checks and reports cannot guarantee that every harmful result will be detected. Report and account information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. This policy does not change applicable refund rights or remove rights that cannot be excluded by law. Material updates will be communicated and any required acceptance obtained under our Terms.
