One payment. No automatic renewal.
Monthly plans
Renews monthly until canceled. Unused subscription credits roll over for one additional month. Plan changes are available after canceling renewal and the current period ends. Applicable taxes appear before payment.
Payment region
Mainland China uses Alipay for credit packs. Other regions use Creem for packs and monthly plans. Region is based on your connection, independently of page language.
Your purchases
Orders placed through Alipay and Creem appear here, including each subscription payment. Paid records show the latest payment verification time. Use the original store for App Store and Google Play purchases and refunds.
Refund requests are reviewed under the applicable terms and consumer law. Submitting a request does not immediately refund a payment or cancel renewal. Credits are deducted after the provider confirms a refund.
Manage subscriptions
Canceling renewal keeps the paid period and existing credit expiry dates. Manage App Store and Google Play subscriptions in their original store.
