Plans renew monthly until cancelled. Unused subscription Credits roll over for one additional month. Cancel renewal on the website recharge page or in Etono → Credits & subscriptions → Manage subscription. Your paid period stays active, and remaining Credits keep their existing expiry dates.

How are Credits delivered?
After payment is verified, Credits are added to the Etono account that started checkout. Return to the recharge page or app to sync your balance. Credits are for Etono AI usage, cannot be transferred and cannot be redeemed for cash. AI usage varies by request, so a pack does not guarantee a fixed number of apps.
What will I pay?
The prices shown on this page apply to Creem checkout outside mainland China and are in US dollars. Any applicable tax is shown before you pay. Creem is the merchant of record for these purchases. Mainland China prices are shown in yuan on the recharge page and in the app. Google Play and iOS use their platform billing and may have different prices.
How do refunds work?
For Alipay and Creem purchases, sign in and open Your purchases to submit a refund request and follow its progress. For App Store and Google Play purchases, request refunds through the original store. Contact support with your order reference if you need help. Refund eligibility follows the applicable checkout terms and consumer law. Refunded purchases deduct the corresponding Credits. Cancelling renewal does not automatically refund a past payment.
Can I switch monthly plans?
Mid-period plan changes are not available. Cancel the current plan and wait until its paid period ends before choosing another. Cancel renewal before deleting your Etono account.
