We took the recurring-cost tracking need in Bobby as a reference. SubRadar has an original name and interface, with fictional subscriptions. This case is independent of Bobby and is not endorsed by its developer.
Start with one purpose
Build a manual USD subscription log with monthly and yearly totals. Do not start by asking for bank connections, payment handling or a complete replacement for another product.
1 · CREATE
Describe what you want.
Keep the request small.
In Etono, choose a new app and describe its purpose, fields and saved state. Our exact starting request is below. The generated app was named SubRadar, although the request called it Renewal Radar. We kept the same project throughout.

2 · CHECK
Add two test records.
Check the arithmetic.
Add Studio notes at $12 per month and Cloud box at $120 per year. These are fictional test records. The expected monthly total is 12 + 120 ÷ 12 = $22; the yearly total is 12 × 12 + 120 = $264.
What the phone showed
Both records were saved. The phone showed $22.00 monthly and $264.00 yearly. After pausing Cloud box, it showed $12.00 and $144.00, with both records still present.
3 · CHANGE
Ask for a change.
Keep existing records.
Return to the app conversation and send the follow-up below. It defines what Paused means for this example: retain the record and exclude it from both calculated totals. This does not cancel a real subscription.

This trial needed Retry and follow-up work before acceptance. We continued in the same project instead of deleting the app or its data. The focused repair request below asked for working controls and preserved records. The film quotes an excerpt of the change request; it does not show the full generation wait.

4 · RUN & REOPEN
Pause, resume and reopen.
Check what stays saved.
Edit Studio notes to $9.99 per month. Resume Cloud box, then pause it again. Leave for the project list, reopen this same app and use Refresh preview. Check both records and the paused switch again.
Actual phone-interface results
- Both active: $19.99 monthly and $239.88 yearly after the $9.99 edit.
- Cloud box paused: $9.99 monthly and $119.88 yearly; Active 1, Paused 1, and 2 saved records.
- Resuming Cloud box restored $19.99 / $239.88. Pausing it again restored $9.99 / $119.88.
- After leaving, reopening and refreshing, the two records, $9.99 price and paused state remained.
- A zero-price edit displayed “Price must be greater than 0.” Cancelling kept the legitimate $9.99 value.

This is a tested personal app created with an AI app builder, not a banking or cancellation service. Pausing changes this tracker’s totals only; it does not stop a merchant charging you.
Acceptance covered this English iOS Simulator build. Android and physical-device behavior were not verified. Zero-price rejection was checked; negative-price and blank-name cases were not independently tested in this trial. Test your own generated result before adding real data.
Saved state was checked in the same project on this device. Uninstall/reinstall, full cloud sync and multi-device use were not verified. Apps run inside Etono; standalone export or store publishing is not claimed. Generated results can require repairs.
